The Off the Hook Food Truck makes the trip to Roane County for the 72nd West Virginia Black Walnut Festival, October 8 through 11 in downtown Spencer.
Four days fill up fast. There is a Kids Day Parade on Friday and the Grand Parade on Saturday, plus a carnival, a car show, a band competition, and live music. Add the Queens Coronation, a flower show, a livestock sale, and the Nut Run 5K. The craft show, flea market, art and photo show, bake contest, and pickleball tournament round out the schedule.
Find Off the Hook in the food lineup for PO’ Boys, fried flounder and steak sandwiches, smash burgers, cod and shrimp baskets, hot honey pretzel bites, and fresh-cut fries.
Daily hours are posted by the festival closer to the date. Check the official site for the full schedule.
