The Off the Hook Food Truck joins more than 75 vendors at Valley Park in Hurricane for the 12th West Virginia Cupcake Festival, August 27 through 29.
The weekend runs on sugar and good-natured competition. Expect a Cupcake Eating Contest, a Cupcake Pan Slinging Contest, the Pupcake Pageant, and the Cupcake Classic Cruise-In, plus kids’ activities and entertainment throughout the day. Runners can start Saturday at 8:00 AM with the Cupcake Chase 5K, decorating cupcakes at stations along the route. Saturday activities open at 11:00 AM.
One hundred percent of 2026 proceeds go to Backpack Buddies of Putnam County.
