Both Shuckers trucks roll into Logan on Saturday, August 8 for Logan Regional Medical Center’s 100th anniversary celebration at Willis-Nisbet Stadium. Gates open at 3:00 PM and the music starts at 4:00 PM.
The free concert lineup runs deep: Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder, Landau Eugene Murphy Jr., the Davisson Brothers Band, Voices of Classic Soul, Delnora, John Ellison, Ryne Brashear, and the Mountain Stage Band. A free Kids Zone runs alongside it, and the night closes with fireworks.
Find the Off the Hook Food Truck for PO’ Boys, fried flounder and steak sandwiches, smash burgers, seafood baskets, and hot honey pretzel bites. Find Pop & Pour Co. for dirty sodas, fresh lemonades, and custom specialty drinks. Both trucks are named in the celebration’s local vendor lineup.
Good to know. Admission is free. Parking is free on Middleburg Island, in downtown Logan, and at the medical center, with a continuous shuttle running from 3:00 PM. Coolers, backpacks, and alcohol are not permitted on school property.
